This pump house, built for Mesaba Airlines and installed at the Detroit Metro Airport, consists of the following:
• Weighs 100,000 pounds and measures over 41 feet long and 22 feet wide
• Four diesel-driven horizontal split case pumps, rated for 2500 GPM each with fuel tanks, controllers, and jockey pump
• Test header piping, flow meter, and backflow preventer for city water main
• Level control system for two 280,000 gallon water storage tanks
• Water storage tank freeze protection system
• Skid-mounted, pre-piped, and pre-wired
• Prefabricated heated and ventilated enclosure with sprinkler system
